Shopping with Eustratia

All items are made to order. Dispatch times are largely dependent on our production time, and usually take anywhere between 2 and 6 weeks depending our current workload and the availability of materials. During peak periods shipping times may exceed this; if you need your garment for a specific event, please contact us for current lead times.

We are always happy to advise on colour combinations or outfit options and can also add/change details of existing designs to match your specifications.

 

Bespoke service

In the event that you require something completely unique, feel free to get in touch about our bespoke service. We can work with you to create the perfect garment for any occasion or even bring one of your own designs to life.

 

Made to measure

Of course every body is unique and latex looks best made to measure. There is no extra charge for having your garment made to fit perfectly, please include the relevant measurements in the "additional instructions" box when placing an order.

 

Shipping and Packaging

Orders within UK will be posted via Royal Mail Signed For™ 1st Class (small items under £50) or Next Day Special Delivery.

International orders are posted via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service.


Delivery times vary, and can take up to 2 weeks depending on your location and type of postage.

Typical delivery times are:

  • UK delivery with Royal Mail Signed For: 1-2 working days
  • UK delivery with Royal Mail Special Delivery: 1 working day
  • European Union: 3 to 5 working days (Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed) 
  • Elsewhere: 2- 7 working days (Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed)

Couriers may also be used in cases where faster delivery times are required.

Please note that delivery times can be extended during busy periods such as Halloween or Christmas – this is unfortunately outside our control.

All orders are discreetly and carefully packaged, latex care instructions can be included for anyone who needs them.

 

Returns policy

Order cancellations are accepted within 3 working days of payment for an order clearing, at our discretion, if work has not started yet.

If you order the wrong standard size of garment, it may, at our discretion, be exchanged for a different size at no extra cost. 

Returns of standard size items are accepted within a week of you receiving your order. Returned items must be unworn, well-packaged and with shipping fully paid for. 

Made to measure, bespoke and rush order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

We accept no responsibility for incorrect fitting of garments when custom measurements are supplied by the customer, however we are always happy to make adjustments if something doesn't fit quite right.
