Every piece on Eustratia is made to order, by hand, specifically for you. Nothing sits on a shelf waiting. Your garment is cut, cast and finished only once you place your order.

Please get your size right

Because everything is made to order, a return costs us far more than it would a typical brand or retailer. There is no easy resale, no warehouse to send it back to. So we ask you, kindly, please be sure of your size before you order.

If your piece is made to measure, your measurements need to be accurate. Take your time, measure carefully, and if you are between sizes or at all unsure, talk to us first.

Use the size guide

Every product page has a size guide to help you understand which size will suit you best. Please have a look before you add anything to your cart. If you would like a made to measure fit, just tell us your bust, waist and hip and we will cut it for you.

If your item is faulty

If something arrives faulty, please contact us before you return it. We would much rather put it right together, and we will always look after you.
